Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order or custom items: Require 2–4 weeks for production before shipment. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Complimentary on all domestic orders over $500.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact us for rates.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping
No International Shipping.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All shipments are fully insured, and we will assist you with filing a claim and reaching a resolution.

Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature and value of our fine jewelry, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout.

Jewelry Insurance

All orders are insured while in transit. For long-term protection, we highly recommend insuring your jewelry through a licensed provider after delivery. We are happy to provide documentation, including appraisals or invoices, upon request to help with your insurance coverage.
